What is your booking policy?
Only written, signed cancellations will be accepted.
Should you cancel the booking or do not arrive, the following cancellation policy will apply:
*Cancellation up to 29 days before date of arrival 8% of the total price of reservation.
*Cancellation 22 – 28 days prior to date of arrival 25% of total booking value.
*Cancellation 15 – 21 days prior to date of arrival 50% of total booking value.
*Cancellation 8 – 14 days prior to date of arrival 75% of total booking value.
*Cancellation 1 – 7 days prior to date of arrival 100% of total booking value.
*Cancellation / no-show / not completing stay of reservation: 100% of total booking value.
*Cancellation Penalties of 100% (of the total invoiced amount) for long weekends and the time period 21 December till 4 January acquire for cancellations 16 weeks prior to arrival.
